1. Current testing status
The custom Starz 3X storefront is currently a testing environment. Product pages, prices, subscription labels, delivery actions, and checkout controls may be preview data. A displayed listing is not an offer for sale while checkout is disabled.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Website features may require authentication through Discord. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for ensuring that the linked account, player identity, and selected game server are correct. You may not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, interfere with the service, exploit a game or checkout flow, or use another person's payment method or store-credit code without authorization.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in your location. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize any purchase where permitted by law.
3. Digital products and server access
Products are digital benefits for the Starz Rust Console community, such as kits, consumable items, ranks, queue or VIP benefits, tickets, or store credit. A purchase grants only the limited digital benefit described on its product page; it does not transfer ownership of the game, server, software, art, or underlying item data.
Product cooldowns, claim phrases, selected-server restrictions, quantities, duration, renewal terms, and delivery requirements shown at checkout form part of the order. Community and game-server rules continue to apply. Enforcement for rule violations does not create a right to a refund except where required by law.
4. Orders and payments
An order is accepted only after the payment provider confirms payment and the website records the order as paid. A pending, failed, cancelled, disputed, or reversed payment does not authorize delivery. Starz may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, catalog, identity, or technical error rather than deliver incorrect benefits.
Payments are intended to be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Starz should not receive or store your full card number. Store credit and gift cards are subject to their displayed balance, status, expiration (if any), and applicable law.
5. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout. Any required sales, use, value-added, or similar transaction tax must be calculated, collected, and shown before payment when applicable. Starz will not represent that a purchase is tax-free merely because a tax line is absent. Tax configuration and registrations must be completed before live checkout.
6. Delivery, refunds, and recurring purchases
The Digital Delivery Policy explains account linking, delivery status, and failed delivery. The Refund Policy explains how a customer may request review. Products renew only when they are explicitly labeled as subscriptions and the buyer is shown and accepts the recurring price and frequency described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability and changes
The website, Discord services, bots, game servers, and third-party providers may experience downtime. Starz may change or discontinue a feature, but should honor already accepted paid orders or provide an appropriate remedy. Material policy changes will be dated and published before they apply to new purchases.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digital services are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Starz does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final governing-law, venue, legal-entity, and business-address information must be completed before paid checkout is enabled.
